Structural Support

We use only furniture grade PVC pipe and fittings, made to support loads, and 3 times more expensive than Plumbing grade PVC. It is slightly thicker, denser, stronger and UV resistant.

Welded Connections

PVC fittings are chemically welded which is stronger than most mechanical screw joints.

Screws

All screws used are stainless steel paint coated with a gasket to prevent leaks and resist loosing.

Door Frame

Made out of 1 ½ inch steel with welded joints, in order to prevent warping and door problems, buried in concrete to prevent movement and painted with a rust inhibitor.

Storm Door

With a screen to provide air flow during the summer and a glass pane for winter use and is lockable.

Just to show how strong and wind-resistent our greenhouses are, we mounted this 8-foot greenhouse on a trailer and tow it at speeds up to 50mph around the front range. So you can expect your greenhouse to endure the worst of weather, 365 days a year!
